To help save you some time and speed up the application process, a preliminary application is included on this site. Prospective tenants should print a copy of our application. Your initial application can be faxed to (216) 292-0033 or sent to Admissions c/o Stone Gardens, 27090 Cedar Road, Beachwood, Ohio, 44122-1156.

Once we receive your application, you will be contacted by our admissions department to complete the process.

There is a $50 application fee.

There are no entry, buy-in or add-on fees. Rental fees include all services.
